Can the legislature find the social conscious to correct the problem?

 The Senate version is being introduced for the first time this legislative session Bill: S. 222 ,

(Title: AN ACT RELATING TO RECOGNITION OF ABENAKI TRIBES),

The House version:

Bill: H. 124 , (Titled: AN ACT RELATING TO RECOGNITION OF TRIBES AND BANDS OF NATIVE AMERICANS BY THE VERMONT COMMISSION ON NATIVE AMERICAN AFFAIRS),

This bill is a left over from the 2008-2009 session.
